Cancellation policy & cancellation form <\/h2>\n

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions,
\nwhereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes
\nwhich can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent
\nprofessional activity: <\/p>\n

A. Cancellation policy right of cancellation<\/h2>\n

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. <\/p>\n

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by
\nyou, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods. <\/p>\n

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (fresh & joy, Hindenburgstr.
\n56, 31515 Wunstorf, Germany, Tel.: 050316800664, e-mail: welcome@fresh-joy.de) by
\nmeans of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw
\nfrom this contract. You can use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, which
\nis, however, not mandatory. <\/p>\n

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the
\nexercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. <\/p>\n

Consequences of the revocation <\/strong><\/p>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you,
\nincluding delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that
\nyou have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us),
\nwithout delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received
\nnotification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same
\nmeans of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed
\notherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse
\nrepayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you
\nhave returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. <\/p>\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than
\nfourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The
\ndeadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days. <\/p>\n

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. <\/p>\n

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling
\nof the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of
\nthe goods. <\/p>\n

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal <\/strong><\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil
\nquickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded. <\/p>\n
